All versions of the LMC series are also available as LTC series.

With the LMC series, all motor outputs can be controlled independently. The motors can be controlled by connecting several control panels to the HUB or via ModBus. Where desired, all or some of the outputs can also be synchronized via the HUB.

With the LTC series, all motor outputs are operated synchronously, i.e. all motors are controlled in such a way that they have the same position at all times.

Laing Motor Controller ranges (LMC)

The LMC series is optimized for applications where each motor has to be controlled individually to control several independent movements. The motors can be controlled via control panels, whereby first, the desired motor has to be selected, then the movement can be initiated.

The motors also can be controlled by a higher-level control, such as a PLC or a PC. Every controller is equipped with an RS485 bus. The control panels, with height indication, communicate with the controller through this bus. As a protocol ModBus is used. Through the ModBus it is possible to acquire all information contained in the controller and to make all kinds of settings. Of course, multiple controllers can also be controlled via the bus, in which case, individual bus addresses have to be assigned to the controllers.

The controllers can be supplied with an integrated BLE or WiFi module. This allows the controller to be easily and cost-effectively integrated into higher-level control systems or to communicate with a smartphone or PC.
